I would avoid updates, rollbacks or using geforce experience or any software and do it the old fashioned way and enjoy a low resolution screen for half an hour. Instead it launches the crash reporter which then crashes itself so it cannot even be viewed. Now the launcher is fine but Unreal Engine will not start at all.
